What can I expect from my first counseling session?
The first session is an opportunity for you to get to know me as your therapist, ask questions, and understand my role in your therapy. We will discuss your mental health history, complete assessments, and establish your goals for therapy.
What are your fees for counseling services?
Payment is cash only.
Individual counseling: $80 per session (in-person or virtual)
Bundle 4 sessions for $300 (up-front cost)
Couples counseling: $120 per session (in-person)
Do you offer virtual counseling sessions?
Yes, I provide virtual counseling services, allowing flexibility to meet clients’ needs wherever they are.
What should I bring to my first session?
You don’t need to bring anything specific, but be prepared to share your mental health history and any relevant personal information that will help guide our work together.
How long will I need counseling?
The length of therapy depends on your goals and the issues you’re addressing. We’ll work together to set a pace that works for you, and I’ll check in periodically to assess progress.
Do you provide supervision for other counselors?
Yes, I offer supervision for pre-licensed professional counselors working toward PA licensure. Sessions are $60 per hour, and I also offer bundled supervision options.
